Introductory Scuba Diving (Discover Scuba)

Whether you're unsure that you will enjoy diving (of course, you will), you want to introduce a friend or family member to the sport, or you just don't have enough time in Maui to complete a certification class, an Introductory Scuba Dive is just the thing for you. But fair warning: scuba diving is addictive! So, please, dive responsibly.
- The Discover Scuba program is an introduction to scuba for
those who are not yet certified. Intro divers dive in a different
group than the certified divers, with no more than 4 divers per
instructor, and going no deeper than 40’. This adventure includes
detailed instruction, equipment, a one tank boat dive and the opportunity to snorkel
at the other site we visit on that day.
- A moment of seriousness: scuba diving can be a strenuous activity and as such, there are some
medical-related prerequisites that must be verified. Please download and complete the Discover Scuba Diving registration
form and medical questionaire. If any of the medical conditions apply to you, or you have concerns, please visit your
physician and have them provide a diving medical clearance with the Medical Release form. Also, the minimum age for this adventure
is 12 years old.
